UPR Info's work: Pre sessions

Between 28 November and 1 December 2023, UPR Info held the Pre-sessions for the countries reviewed in the 45th session. Key UPR stakeholders, such as civil society organisations and national human rights institutions, were invited to address the key human rights issues in their countries and suggested recommendations to the State representatives based in Geneva.

All the documents related to the Pre-sessions as well as the national reports, compilation of UN documents and other relevant documents can be found on the country pages of UPR Info’s website.

The outcomes of the reviews of the countries reviewed during the 45th Working Group session will be adopted during the 56th session of the Human Rights Council.

During the 45th Working Group, NGOs with ECOSOC status may organise side events. For more information, please refer to the OHCHR’s website. The deadline to request a parallel event is on 10 January 2024
